통기성 멤브레인 기술이 적용된 방수 의류 개발업체인 eVent 패브릭은 2020년 6월 30일부로 홍콩의 Performax Pro, Limited가 eVent 패브릭 브랜드에 대한 완전한 소유권을 인수했다고 발표했습니다. 2017년부터 eVent 브랜드를 소유해 온 Parker Performance Materials는 공개되지 않은 금액으로 Performax Pro에 eVent 원단 브랜드를 매각했습니다.
